There are lots of ways to use this Magnesium and get it into your body, for example...

• The pores found on the bottom of your feet are particularly absorbent and can quickly pull minerals into the bloodstream so this is an excellent way to get it inside your body's cells to target the desired functions.
• You can rub into your chest and pulse points on the inside of the wrists in the morning to help keep your stress levels down.
• You can rub into the tops of your feet and backs of the legs before bed to help those muscle bodies release.
• The best place to absorb magnesium into your body is actually under the arms, straight into the lymphatic system (this one tends to be itchy). 
• You can also spray your entire body especially any areas experiencing soreness.

For the best results let it air dry. After 20 minutes or so, the majority of the minerals and oils should be absorbed and you can rinse or wipe away any remaining oil or residue off if you would like.
